With the Bold being a GSM Phone does that mean it will be able to Roam in Countries outside the US Without having to add a SIM Card and Can a SIM Card be added so that Calling From Outside the US The rates will be Cheaper?

The rules for GSM roaming, national and international call charges and SIM card swappimg are exactly the same with the Bold as for any other GSM phone. It's a GSM (or CDMA) phone.
