I yesterday installed the blackberry protect on my 9700 and logged in, but since then, it keep saying me that protect service is temporarily unavailable.
Is something wrong on my phone or protect service is unavailable for all? Thanks

Its not just you. I've gotten that message for the past 2 days on my 9850 Torch and need to backup asap.

Go to the Blackberry Protect PC website:

See if it's working properly for you.

I'm in Aus and just did a backup on my 9700 without probs (I know that won't help those who have probs, just saying that it works okay at my end)
