Today I got BIS service yay, and of course, safety first, I set BlackBerry Protect app. But when I tried to test it from BB Protect website. On command "play sound" it says that it should play loud sound for 1 minute... Problem is that sound played is anything but loud. I sit alone in my bedroom and I can barely hear it. It's like ringtone set to 3 or 4 at max... And I don't see any solution to that. There is nothing in options, nothing in help or troubleshoot section of Protect website.
Help, anyone?

Well, it certainly is NOT deafening but I can hear it over the tv that is playing at the moment. And I could hear it in the next room.

If it's REALLY quiet, I guess that i could hear it from next room. It's ok if that's normal, i tought that's maybe some problem with my device.
