    Every other week i get a message saying my ID needs to be checked/updated. I follow the process; it usually says I need to have the latest Blackberry Protect installed. Then it does a reboot and I'm fine for awhile.

    Why am I getting these messages in the first place? It's annoying and takes time. It also prevents me from using Blackberry App World until I go through the processes. I Haven't changed any ID, password, or email on the phone.
