Well, i had the blackberry bold 3 9780 and then switched to the blackberry bold 4 9900. That's the good part. The bad part is that my bb id won't work. I deleted my old one and put created a new one. Tried to log in but it didn't work. Then, i went into options, device the blackberry id, so that from there i could change the information. But whenever i open that, i get taken to the blackberry app world application and have to sign in there, but that says that i can't be logged in there. After this not working, i tried backing up my phone so that i could wipe it out. But that didn't work either, because whenever i set it to back up, as soon as it gets to social feeds, i get a pop up saying that the device has been disconnected and that i need to re connect it when i don't even disconnect the device. PLEASE HELP ME!!! this has been going on for about a month now and i am frustrated with all this.
I would really appreciate it if you did help.
