Blackberry, Icons, and Vista

Here is one I cannot figure out. In 'Computer', my Bold is shown as letter G, and the microSD card as H.

Two things.....every once in a while, G opens up on the desktop for no reason.....no password, not disconnected, not powered off. Maybe someone has seen this. Regarding H, there is no icon for it, just the blank square indicating it's there. Been trying to figure out how to add standard image to it, keep coming up blank.
