I just set up an email acct through my phone ie: "[email protected]", i was wondering if i had to pay extra to use this acct? i'm not sure if my data plan allows email. All i know is i'm on a 500 mb BIS svc plan with rogers for $25/mth.

If you're on the 500 MB plan, then yes that email is included. Some people also have other emails directed to their device as well, such as Rogers Yahoo!, Gmail, or Hotmail.

The 500 MB goes towards everything related to data: email, instant messaging, internet browsing, GPS usage.
