I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask..but my new VZ plan has a limit on text messaging (I know - I'm probably the only person who doesn't text much). Since I get a LOT of email and I have set up Blackberry Email - all my emails are showing up under my MESSAGES icon. Will these "count" toward my Messaging limit?

No. Sms and email are different the messages folder is a catch all. You can seperate sms from mail in that folder by going to options then you can turn it off.

There might be a setting in the standard options to block SMS so you know you won't get charged
