Blackberry Desktop manager suddenly won't recognize 9900
Been syncing perfectly fine between my Blackberry Bold 9900 and my Blackberry Desktop Manager, version 7.1.0.41 until today. Have not changed ANYTHING but now the DM won't recognize that the BB is connected. My computer makes the noise when I plug in the BB but the DM shows "disconnected." Any ideas? Tried rebooting phone already to no avail.:mad:
Did you ever find a resolution to your problem?
I'm having a similiar issue. I connected my BB to my laptop and DM asked to update. I allowed the updated and now the updated DM won't recognize my phone. I, of course, did all of this before backing up my phone and now I can't. Been awhile since I've backed up so I really need to do that. Any help would be appreciated.
