so last night my phone was in my pocket and it was fine. and then later i looked at it and it's just like white. i tried turning it off and i took the battery out and stuff and still no luck. over night i left the battery out and still nothing. it's on. and i think i like got a text cause the red light is flashing. but i can't do anything lol. help? i googled stuff but i don't really understand any of it.
tried that, no luck. like there is no little spinning thing like it does when it's loading. just white. this is frustrating. i don't want to have to send it back for a new one.
