    I bought a used BlackBerry Bold 9900 and at first I was very happy with it. Now I am having some annoying issues: the volume keys aren't working, the phone won't send emails, it keeps shutting down and a green led notification keeps going off. Does anybody know what I should try?

    Have you installed any apps onto the phone? My suspicion would be something caused this and I'd agree with the previous poster that a wipe would fix it... may as well update the software too, if you haven't already.
