Blackberry 9900 stuck on boot screen after every battery pull out
Hi,
I'm having a problem with my BB 9900.
It's been about a month that every time I pull the battery out, the loading bar would stuck at about 75%. I would need to do about 10 pull outs so that the phone works.
I took my phone to Tmobile, and they gave me a new one. I did the mobile switch thing on my phone, and I now have the same problem on the new one.
I don't know what to do!!
I googled it online but every case seems to be different....
What do you think I should do?
Thank you so much,
Jonathan

I'm not sure if my post would help, but my 9900 gets stuck on the boot up screen as well. When the progress bar appears, it seems that the progress bar gets stuck when it reaches "e" on the "blackberry" screen. Luckily, I do not have to perform 10 battery pulls for the BB to load. I usually just wait for it to load, usually it would take 3-5 minutes. Some days are faster than others. Have you tried to wait and see how long it would take for your BB to load?
*Edit - I don't perform too many battery pulls ;)

Hi,
For me it gets stuck around the "y"... I waited about 15 minutes once, but then I stopped waiting, and just pull out the batteries until it works...
Re: Blackberry 9900 stuck on boot screen after every battery pull out
I have found sometimes not looking at the boot screen helps. The 99xx boot-time is nothing to write home about. I have panicked, done battery pulls and restarts because I thought it was taking too long. What put my mind at ease was the last 7.1 update when it had to restart and I had to sit and just let it do its thing. Like a watched-pot-never-boils, turn the BB over and do something else while it boots.
