    Hi i need help, My bb9790 OS7.1 is stuck in this loop,
    Exactly the same as this youtube video /watch?v=hwU5a-gVmSQ

    I have installed desktop manager and downloaded OS,
    Tried to connect through Apploader but does not detect my bb, when i connect to laptop with battery out, the light comes on for a while then goes off followed battery symbol with a red cross.

    It just keeps running and rebooting all the time.

    Please help.
