    Hi guys,
    I just bought a T-mobile bold 9900 second hand and the IMEI/ESN on the phone is clean as i am able to make calls/use 4G/text. However, whenever i try to add a new email account, the only option that is given is the 'Enterprise Server Activation.' I've reset my phone numerous times but to no avail. I've tried re-pushing the service books, registering the device via the HOSTS file but nothing. I know you might need a BIS data plan on T-mobile, but after an hour of going over service plans and service options on T-mobile's site, there is no mention of any separate Blackberry plan. It seems that T-mobile no longer differentiates blackberries from other data plans. So are there any other options that i can try to get BIS E-mail working?

    Hi! Welcome to CB!!!

    You'll need a BIS plan for a BB 9900. Once you're sorted that out, if you're still getting that error, try this:
