    So I received the 9930 today and it's great, except whenever I go into the message option/email account management and/or setup/BIS accounts, the phone doesn't allow me to access anything, then freezes when I try to exit.

    This is very frustrating and Verizon support could only assist by activating the BIS-online activation, but that doesn't allow me to manage my accounts from my phone.

    Has anyone else experienced this?

    I never do any of this over my device and always do it via my PC.

    Sometimes you have to wait a bit for activation + service books to push to the phone. Without that the email account management won't log in. You can try dialing *228 and using option 1, then doing a soft reset again.

    You'll know when the service books start pushing because of the data arrows + the vz app icons will start showing up.
