BIS account creation problems
Hello guys,
I'm very new on blackberry world, this is my first BB phone.
I purchased it from mercadolivre.com.br(ebay in Brazil). It came with all boxes and look really as new and never used by anyone, everything sealed. Its branded to another Brazilian provider, but seller said its unlocked for all.
So, i called my carrier and asked to activate the BIS service. She said it has been activated now.
Then, i went to advanced/route... and registered. And received a message from blackberry saying the device has been successfully registered on the network.
Then i went to oi.blackberry . com and tried to create a new account, but it still says:
This device is registered with another carrier, please go to advanced/route bla bla bla.
So, i tried to grab informations everywhere but dont know how to proceed.
already rebooted device many times and re-registered many times as well.
Any ideas? Maybe the BIS has not been fully activated yet? I asked it like 2 hours ago, do i need to wait?. Maybe there is any record on the original carrier of the phone that does not allow me to create an account on another carrier?
