    I have seen a lot of apps which show weather but all of them end up in paying money. Beweather was it? Well my country is not there and it is a bit complicated to use.
    Any suggestions?

    i used be weather for weather app. I have not had issues when I used it in Indonesia and New Zealand. Unsure if there are any other apps like it that puts the weather up the notifications area.
