    Hey everyone,
So I am currently running .546 on my 9780 and battery life seems to be just horrible.

I'm not running many apps in the background and I'm not an extremely heavy user. Anyone have any suggestions on what OS offers the best battery life?

.546 with .526 are the most stable Official O.S. releases that have been around.

I wonder what have you got stucked on your device that is affecting your CPU mayybe?
Aww anyway you should ceck your hour discharge AVG here and then rather then 'the log only.

On 546 it behavies as follow

    Full idle 0.7%
    Min usage 1.2 1.7 %
    Medium 2.2 2.7%
With long ............timeless calls mines wouldn't get up 8 9%

That souns real strang to me because .480 didn't have issue and/or bugs but was considered by many as a Battery sucker

Every Berry though is just like people: different, similar in all kind of ways

Well I came from .285 so it's a pretty good difference right there. Went to .5xx builds but they had problems and battery life was pretty much the same. I don't know, the leaked .480 thread praised battery life which is why I even bothered to upgrade since I wasn't seeing any of the problems many were having with initial OS 6 builds such as disappearing cursor in browser, missing cursor in BBM/text messages...

Hi Tuffy100, like I stated in your older post, ROM .546 seems to be the best ROM with my 9780.
This high discharge rate relates to something using battery much. May be you're having something with allplication or radio signal.
Try reload but don't install any software and keep an eye on your network signal.
