i think Phil is suggesting that it is a difficult question to answer and VERY subjective. You will find many that offer opinions as to what they think works best and some are better than others in different ways. What i mean is one OS may have great battery life but might not have as smooth of a browsing expeirence, or whatever. Wait for other responses, try different OSs and take it from there.

    i can't help though as I'm on a 9650.

The latest version available is usually the best.

Check the thread for the latest version and it'll tell you if something has changed for the better or worse.

    OS 5.0.0.979, 5.0.0.938 or 5.0.0.1014. Rock Solid.

OS 6 above .461 is good too.

I think Phill got the point. Its pretty difficult to tell which one is the best, same os gives different result on different handheld I'm not sure how to explain it. You shoud try it yourself, install one and give it a few days to settle. I'm using .534 simply because its has CJK language support which I need. No complaints. Been using .534 version on 9800 and for me its the best in terms of battery life and radio.

    I use this Hybrid "Berrylicious V3, multi devices 9300/ 97xx/ 9800"

Way more memory left for apps! I think you'll find that experimentation will answer your question.

SnowWizard, really? You see, Phil is right, since each device is different and reacts to builds differently. And not to mention that we have so many people (like you) opening the same threads over and over when a simple search would really solve it for ya. It gets annoying...
