I used to update my bb with every single os that come out but I haven't been up to date. I am currently on 4.6.0.266. Can anyone give me info on which os I should upgrade to? Are there any negatives to updating to os 5.0?

Used to be on .266 , but could not tolerate the batt issue.
Have since downgrade to .247, have been working then before

people are hit or miss on the battery issue. i must say, it cant be the OS. if we are all on .266 and only some have a battery issue, i dont get it how the OS can be blamed. ive had no issues whatsoever with .266 and have no problems with battery life at all.

I agree. I had a battery leak on .247 as well, doesn't mean it was the OS's fault. Could have been a faulty download or maybe a glitch when it loaded.
