default browser is smoother than Opera mini. Opera mini moves like 'sqaure'

But seems opera mini loads the web quicker

+2 for the native Blackberry browser. Third party browsers such as Bolt and Opera Mini have been of no interest to me since OS 6. They were great on OS 5 and earlier, but the browsing experience has improved immensely with OS 6, and even more so with OS 7.

I agree with everyone else so far and think the default browser is fine for my 9930.

The native one is pretty darn good. But Opera does a couple of things differently that I like. One is "single column view" with text wrap. The other is you can set a large fixed font for text. This means you do not need to zoom, or scroll side to side on sites. Bad part about Opera is if a site does not have a mobile version, the formatting can be pretty bad. But... even so the text is very readable.

    I use both.
