-I had viigo, but had to uninstall due to the memory leak issue...
-Opera Mini, good if you don't like the way the cursor acts on the blackberry browser (slow).

I have a new bold on AT&T and live messenger app does not work. I downloaded jive talk and love it. I can sign in to messenger, yahoo, aim, google talk, etc... It's a free trial for 30 days and a $19.99 purchase. Well worth the money.
How can you find out if there s an update for the apps you ve installed on your bold?
Do you need to un install delate the old once and then re install the new version? Or just install it a 2 nd time
Livie, not sure I saw a reply about google maps but if you type in google dot com slash gmm you should get the download link. Windows Live Messenger, I do not believe works with BB. Anyone else?

Some apps have a check for updates, but not all (the good ones have this feature).
You can always visit the site where you got the app and try to download it again. When you start to download it will tell you if it's a newer version.
I found a link for you. Again, I am a newbie and cannot give you the URL. I googled "google maps for blackberry bold" and chose the Blackberry News entry 5th from the top. Hope that helps you. (remember to google on your phone)
