    My parents have BlackBerry Bold 9900's on Bell and subscribe to 10 hrs a month of Bell Mobile TV.

    The Bell Mobile TV app is there on the phone, but when they try to launch it it gives some sort of SIM card error. The phone and data is working fine otherwise.

    I don't recall the specific error or if there was an error number. Anyone run into that before and have a solution?
