Hey crackberry!

I know that like myself..there are a lot of you out there that have switched devices a LOT!! Here is my question...I just sold my 9930 bold...and got a new z10 (woot!) The person I sold the 9930 to is having problems getting bbm set up...it wont set up for him! It possibly seems to be an issue with my BB acount...the old pin for the 9930 is still on my account in BB Id..and I have checked over to the z10 for all my app world things..but I cant get rid of the old pin! It seems to me like this is keeping the new owner from associating the phone with HIS OWN bb id account! Any suggestions would be a big help!

well when u sold your old device u must wipe it, because is the old device still have the bbid account, it will be sync the info with the z10, the new owner must wipe the device and create a new id for the device

New owner already has a BB ID, and it is loaded already. The PIN of the 9930 is active and is registered in App World under my account.
