Hello !

I'm having problems with my new device BB 9780/6.0.0294
My device's camera only take pictures in "Face Detection Mode"
When I try to take a picture in any other mode it can't and the camera zoom stop working, then I put it again in face detection mode and work again.

Any suggestion or advise ?


I read here that updating OS will solve this problem, In fact it works for 10 minutes after updated, then comes the problem again.

ANY help will be appreciated !!

Did you do a battery pull? If that doesn't work I'd say you have a defective device. Return it. Friend of mine had issues with her Curve 8520 and hand to return it for repairs.
