I have a friend who works in Blackberry and he said that there's an official who was fired for leaking BB Bold 9000 Pictures. Advertising should start 3 months from now but since it was leaked, RIM had no choice but to release it.

I doubt it as well. I mean this happened last year where we got leaked pics of the curve and then Wes 07 came and they released it. At best they did do this intentionaly. Its called viral marketing....

Someone got fired from leaking the photos in 2007 but not the new ones in 2008. They also pressed charges...THEY KNOW...how else would they have taken Micheal's Bold PIN off the relay?
