    Hello

    We have a BB Bold (Rogers Unlocked) that was previously used by a Google employee.
    We noticed that there were many security policies in place preventing us from using the unit� (The firewall was enabled, and locked, etc�)

    We used the online took provided to wipe the security policies from the phone and now everything works fine with the unit (SIM card is recognized, you can browse the internet) but there is still no inbound and outbound calling.

    When we try to make a call, almost immediately we get �Call Failed�
    We can�t even call 611. We checked all firewall settings and everything seems to be disabled.

    Any ideas why?

    Did you try a battery pull? Pull the battery out while the device is switched ON and put it back on again after 20 seconds...
