BB Bold 9900 battery not charging
I put a brand new battery in and starting charging it. For 1-2 minutes the usual "lightning bold" appeared, showing the battery had started to charge. After 1-2 minutes, that "lightning bold" was replaced with the "done charging" icon of the "plug", so the battery stopped charging. It's a brand new battery, but the cell is almost 2 years old. Any thoughts? I bought a back-up battery as well, and the same problem happens with it too. I have tried 2 different chargers in 2 different outlets.
