    I cannot get my Bold 9900 to connect with my pc. I have uninstalled the BB program for syncing, cleaned the registry and reinstalled. Had no problems until I switched to Koodoo - any relevance to my problem? Is there a setting on my phone I am missing? Can anyone help? I am old, so please keep answers simple. Thanks.

    Have you possibly tried turning off mobile and connecting?

    Just finished an exam, was thinking about this the whole time haha.....
    1. Try to plug in your usb cord into a different usb. I find that one of my usb inputs dont work on my laptop as well as some others do.
    2. try what I said above, disconnect mobile but keep wi-fi on

    I doubt Koodo is the problem.

    Plug the phone in before you start BBD. When you plug the phone in, do you get three connect options: Sync, USB and Charge?

    Maybe consider upgrading you OS to the latest release, 7.1.0.1098

    Hope your exam went okay. Thought about the USB hub and tried it where my mouse goes, but the phone is connecting because it makes that sound plus the it indicates it is charging. It would seem more like the program on the pc isn't responding well.

    Plugged in before starting BBD, only get beep from phone saying it's connected, plus charging icon is on, but the only pc message I get is connect your device.

    When you plug in your 9900, when the 3 options come up click charge only. You can still access everything through desktop manager. I find Charge only is the only one that works for me.
