    I saw some adds online that it is T-Mobile 4-G capable... ie. can but might not be turned on....... hmm any1 know? i dont know my bands of spectrums very well...

    the standards of 4G were changed so that carriers could call 3G, 4G. It is HSPA+ at 14.4mbps and now 4G due to FCC changes.

    yes on Tmo and ATT because they have HSPA (like an enhanced GSM, not quite as fast as LTE)
