It's fine, you can't overcharge a Lithium Ion battery.

Just plug it in, and when it's done, unplug it.

And I have read a thread that you can leave a BB charged for 24/7. Is that true? Thanks

Even if you leave it plugged in 24/7, phone will stop charging battery once it reaches certain voltage.

If you want to maximize usable life of your battery you would want to follow charge and drain. Although Li-ions don't have memory effect, it still has limits on number of charge cycles.

You can leave your Blackberry on the charger 24 hours a day and it will not OVER charge.

In fact when the battery is full is STOPS charging and does not charge more until the battery loses a little power and then charges till full again.

You Blackberry is way too smart to allow itself to over charge
