I have had the 9700 for 1 week. Intermittently I have found that the phone gets unusually hot, while in the holster. After a little while I then note that the battery indicator has dropped considerably, once all the way to the yellow bar within a few minutes. I called TMO and they are sending me a replaement battery. I am concerned that the problem may be with the phone but only have 1 week left in the remorse period to get a replacement. What to do?
Also how are people upgrading the OS to the newest out there? WHere do I get it?
