Ive been having problems where my backlight stays on , randomly. sometimes it will dim down and sometimes it just stays lit. Any ideas? The setting is it for it to dim at 30 seconds
where the LED status light is...there is a light sensor that activates the keypad and screen backlight only when needed...it turns off the keypad in bright light and i believe it dims the screen in bright light as well...
Maybe a key's stuck so the BB thinks you're using it? Too new of a phone for it to have troubles: I think you need to exchange it for a perfectly working model.
