Hi,
I have an issue, which the phone start typing aaaaaaaa without me pressing anything on keyboard. Since OS6 has universal search, today I saw the phone suddenly start typing on home screen(so that search appear) for no reason.
When I try to go on the web or type a BBM message, it inputs cccccc automatically in a middle of a sentence. Also, I got my phone frozen yesterday as soon as a BBM message came in. I saw the first part of the message through the message through the notification area. When did a battery pull and reboot the device, the message was gone.
Also sometimes the phone opens up applications out of no where.
Please help me.

If its software related, reload the operating system. If its hardware, use insurance or warranty to get a replacement. Either way, you may want to have someone look at it for you
