    Can you delete it? The with your bb go to BlackBerry - Download BlackBerry App World - US and install it.

    What apps do you have installed? Do any of them need updating? Or can any old ones be removed?

    When was the last time you update the OS on the phone? What version OS are you running?

    I had this problem too, but on a 9700 which I was using briefly. Before I gave it away, I upgraded to the latest carrier OS, and that seemed to fix it. The OS source probably does not matter, but I thought I'd post this detail just for the sake of completion.

    So the solution may be an upgrade/downgrade, or in general terms, an OS reload.
