I am trying to update my os on my bold 9700
and when i get to the part where you select the applications
im not changing anything from what is already on my device but it still has a message saying "the device does not have sufficient storage space to accomodate your selections. Please select fewer optional applications."
and i cannot proceed with the upgrade
Before you begin an OS upgrade did you check how much space is available on your device??? Alt + Right Shift + H... File Free space... how big is this???
You're still not giving us ANY solid information... "alot" it not a specific number, so when you get an error that says "does not have sufficient storage space" that is not good... something is Wrong and you're not helping us solve this problem.
- What OS version do you have right now?
- What new OS version did you load on your PC?
- Did you remove your old OS from your PC?
- How much File Free Space do you have?
