Mine slants downward to the right.

I was at the VZW store today and both floor models had slanted trackpads. I wasnt an issue on one, but it definitely made the other more difficult to use.

Have you tried searching? There are already a bunch of threads about this in the 9650 forum.....

yes, most trackpads on the 9650 Bold has a SLIGHT tilt to the trackpad, the right side of the trackpads sits lower then the left. However, you would not even notice if no one has said anything though

I dont know about that. The two that I saw at the VZW store were pretty noticeable. It wasnt really an issue on one, but the other was difficult to use bc of the lean.

Slanted? Yep. Don't care. Works fantastic. Has nada to do with functionality IMHO.

Mine is slightly slanted to the right. It is almost lower than the back button. I called Verizon and they said that they'd replace the whole phone. The transferred me to ascention? their insurance. I got disconnected. I called Verizon back and that woman told me I'd have to pay a deductible???? I told her that apparently there was a defect and that I would not pay anything. (I've only had the phone since last Wed.)

Anyway, I don't think that it is that big of a deal. I may go by my local store. It seems to work fine. Just seems to bug me a little with that low spot. I could get a new one and that could be worse than this one. Oh well, I still absolutely love this Blackberry!!!

Just a little to the right but it works great, doesn't bother me.
