    It seems to only do this on Verizon BB's I've used.

    It it SO annoying especially since I like to talk on speakerphone when I'm in my office and the BEEP is loud enough to hurt my ears.


    Anyway to get rid of this?

    Not just you... it's bad for me in the car when I'm talking over the car's bluetooth with the stereo. First few times it grated my ears, but I guess I'm used to it now. Certainly lets you know without a doubt that the call's over!
