Hey, I'm new to here and I am planning to get a BB Bold 9700. I am from the Philippines and Globe Telecom is offering the phone (postpaid plan) for 1599php (roughly 35.281935usd) a month with an additional of 2450php (54.05925usd) for the phone itself.
I really don't know about the prices if they are reasonable, but how is it going in the U.S? Plan 1599 here offers 100 minutes of free calls and 350sms a month. No additionals and does not contain a plan for web surfing, which is ok for me, i'll just use my wifi here at home.
Would this plan be ok? I'm not much into texting and seldomly call, but just for emergency purposes or something.
