No, I looked at vzw website about pricing on tethering the phone and it said I need to "upgrade" so I chatted with a csr and they said they didn't see where it was tethering capable
1] If you want to tether licitly through VZW then you will have to pay "upgrade" as they called it. I believe its upwards of $30 a month. IMO, that's ridiculous.
2] Today, the Tether application is on sale in the CrackberryStore for $24.97 (one time fee and not every month) and if you use that application, you're tether capable without worrying about messing with VZW or paying their stupid fees unless well, you tell them what you're doing or you rack up huge amount of data usage and basically give yourself away... In either case, the CS didn't know what the **** they were talking about. EVERY BB is tether capable!
