Just curious. I'm very excited about BB10 and what it may offer, as I'm sure that most are. I was just wondering who was planning on hanging on to their current BBs a little longer (for whatever reason). Most BB owners that I know will hold on to it until it's falling apart. Lol.

I still have a bold 9000 that still works like new and original except the ball was replaced this past dec 2012, battery is orginal and still last just as long as it was when new.
Awesome phone it is for backup now my son uses it for and as long as you keep it charged every so often it will be like new.
I am quite interested in BB10, but I will be keeping my 9900 until at least May or June when I'm eligible for an upgrade. Even then I don't know if I'll make the move as I really love my 9900 and would miss the trackpad. I certainly will be keeping an eye on BB10 and seeing how it's being received by the users here on Crackberry. I'm very excited for it's release on the 30th.
If I ever get my 9900 back I will probably give my 9860 to my brother and save the Bold as my backup. I wanted an N10 but I think I'm just gonna grab the Z and hold off for an Aristo (assuming it gets released)
Yeah, I'm going to hold out for a while longer. While I am very excited to see the Z10, I am even more excited to see the Aristo and how it will stack up to what the competition is releasing this year. I LOVE my BlackBerry, but I really want my device to be widely supported by mainstream developers, as well.
I honestly don't know if I like BB10 because I love the simplicity of OS7 because I find its fast and gets the job done and I don't know how happy ill be without the trackpad and keyboard but in the case ill just wait until the keyboard bb comes out ....Or ill just wait for my 9900 to die....anyways just another day until we get to see what blackberry 10 really is.
I am going t okeep using my 9900 for the next year or so .Will wait to see how the new bbs perform for others and all the kinks get worked out of new system
I'll be keeping mine until Fall...[I'm on a 3-year contract and I want the upgrade credit]. As well, I want to make sure the bugs are worked out of BB10. No matter how wonderful it may be, I have no doubts there will be a few rough patches over the next few months. Plus...I'm pretty sure I want the keyboard model. There! lots of good reasons to drag my feet...
I'll be holding onto my 9900 just like I have all my other BB's. The 9900 will join its other ancestors in my sock drawer ( not the junk drawer there is a difference ) when I transition to BB10 qwerty.
There have been too many memories closed deals money made and late night inappropriate texts to let it completely go.
We don't cast aside an old familiar friend when they age and move a little slower, so yes I will keep mine until the day it is no longer operable.
I will be sticking with my 9900 for the foreseeable future. I am very excited for BB10 and I want RIM to hit it out of the park but I only got my 9900 about 4 months ago so there is no way I can change devices so soon. I knew going in of course that BB10 was around the corner but I love the 9900 in terms of form factor and I am very fond of BBOS. I also want to see what other models of BB10 may be released. The Z10 looks beautiful but I am not a huge fan of all touch and so far the shots of the N series do not look as lovely as the 9900.
Like most of you guys, I am hanging on to my BB9900 (this is my second 9900- Lost the other one weeks ago). I am still happy with my 9900 but cannot wait to see, try and probably buy the next top of the line BB in a couple of months.
Still got 16 months to go on contract with my 9900, but I am very happy with it. I will follow the new products very closely but wont get BB10 until the contract expires.
Just a year in with my 9900 and love it to death. Definitely plan on keeping it for another year. Very excited about BB10 and its potential, but want to wait and see what happens in the coming months. With RIM's track record, you just never know(although everything we have heard and seen, has shown us one kick a** phone!!).
