    By reset I assume you mean BP correct? Now, while it may be a temporary issue with the AIM servers themselves, you can try resinstalling the App and/or deleting/restoring service books.

    I'll try reinstalling tomorrow if it doesn't work. What I mean by a reset is that I held down: alt + caps lock + delete key. I guess a soft reset/battery pull.
