im trying to get aim on the bold but having a lot of trouble.

yea i followed the thread that is titled "aim on all carriers" or somethign similar. but wheni try to load the aim.alx file it says "no apps were found that supports your phone."

any ideas or a detaield step? this is on an att bold running .168 and DM 4.6

It worked for me but I can't remember the steps. Just remember you need to manually install the Service Books and the application.

i installed the service books.. but when i try to manually isntall the aim.alx files or whatever, DM says theres no apps that works with my phone

back when i did it on my curve it worked but i didnt load aim thru the apploader, i actually went to the site and it let me dl ota

nvm. finally got it to work.

downgraded to DM 4.5 vs 4.6

whiped my entire phone and reinstalled the OS to have a clean slate. but got it to work.
