Hi, I decieded to use BBSAK to install .1033. I noticed the white line at startup is now very slow. Previous O/S's were measured in seconds, now it is "minutes". Other than that the device is running fine. I followed all the steps and restored correctly. It is a pain when the 9900 has to restart for installing apps. I have the same apps installed as previous os. Anyone ever experienced this before? Is there a fix?

    Hi and welcome to CB!
I would think it takes a few days for your phone to speed up. It has to index everything on your card as well. Have you given it a couple of days?

My startups have always been in minutes, never seconds. With the 8330 it was over 10 minutes. Then with the 9650 it would take just under 10 minutes. Now with the 9850 its about 3 or 4 minutes.

Hi, thank both of you for the speedy reply. My approx 2 yr old 9900 was always fast at startup. I have always used the app loader only. I did the upgrade last night. I just checked and it extremely better. I posted this morning thinking it would be slow as last night. Pretty much back to what I remember now. Sorry about that but thanks for the info
