    Hello! I am just trying to set up an enterprise email address so that I can activate my phone. However, every time that I try to activate the email address, either connected via wifi or 3G it gives me an "Activation Failed. Connection cannot be established." message. I have a blackbery bold 9900. Can anybody walk me through the steps on how to activate an enterprise account? Thank you!

    Do you have a BES server?

    There are several ways to activate your berry. Wired via Desktop Software (connected to the company network) or OTA, then you need an activation key from your admin. How did you activate your device?
