Is it possible to access files on my BB from my PC without installing the BB Desktop Software on the PC? I want to be able to save an email attachment on the BB and transfer it to the PC via the USB cable. However, as this isn't my main PC, I don't want to use the BB Desktop software since I don't need to sync media or apps.

You can't access files from your device on your PC, but if you have a media card installed you can access that without any BB Desktop software.

Just save the attachment to your media card, connect to your PC, select Mass Storage Mode on the phone when prompted, find the media card on your PC as an external drive... hey presto
