finally ordered.

this is my first blackberry (aside from a horrible 2-day stint with the storm 1 that i would prefer to forget), so i'm pretty pumped for my new toy. full disclosure: i really wanted a droid or iphone (i know, blasphemy) but since i want work to pay my data plan and they don't allow android yet, there is no way i am leaving vzw, and i travel to europe frequently, this was really my only option!

that being said, i expect to be fully satisfied with it (particularly when webkit and 6.0 arrive).

I believe that VZW's policy is now that the amountofor the credit for the NE2 depends on your monthly service plan. For example, if you are on a 700 minute plan, the NE2 is only $50, but if you are on a 1400 minute plan the NE2 is $100. You just have to read the fine print on the website.

I believe it'll be $249.99 in store & you have to submit your MIR for the $100 debit card.

The NE2 is based on the monthly amount of your voice plan, if it's over a specific amount, it's $100, under that $50; they changed that a couple of years ago.

I went online to order and now it has been changed to Aug 16th
