Anyone else have the uppercase key sticking up? The backlight is visible even when the phone is laid flat and the key noticeably sticks up.

Any way to fix it?

When I received my bold the lower right panel was falling off ! I just popped it back in no big deal. If you look close enough you can find several defects. My upper case key looks pretty good you might want to return yours.

Mine is fortunately in perfect condition! I'm quite pleased with this right now. Just upgraded to .340 OS and it rocks!
