    Any suggestions?
    When connecting it connected but address book download option did not come up. Addresses are not on Volvo. I went to options and download address book was checked.
    Advice-help would be appreciated, thanks.

    It could be an issue with the Bluetooth compatibility between the device and your Volvo. Sometimes OS updates will cause this. Also may need to update your Bluetooth version on the Volvo depending on the model.
