help.......
exactly like that,
native broswer, native file manager, bbm, and other native app is fine,

but third party app, can't acces storage, whatsapp can't sent and receive file,
opera mini can't download or save image,
third party file manager show nothing when open storage folder.

happen every view hours,
acces gained if i restart my device,
after a view hours, access loss again,

restart my 9900 every view hours is a pain :-(

I had the same problem. I changed out my 64g sim card for a 32g and never had an issue since. I don't know if the gigs made the difference or not. My 64g works fine on my computer, it just didn't like my Z10.

It's internal storage, I don't even use an external sd card.
Started a view days back,
I had to restart my 9900 everytime I loss acces to get access again
I hope someone will come with a solution for me, it's really are a pain to restart my device every hour or two. :-(
